JG Alkaline Water is still, naturally mineralized spring water from a mountainous area of El Salvador, with a pH of 8.5. It is bottled in small batches, to order, with as little intervention as possible. Every batch is tested by an accredited laboratory and the results are published. The brand is inspired by the Greek heritage of one of its partners. Its line: "Greek heritage with the freshness of El Salvador" (in Spanish: "La herencia griega con la frescura de El Salvador"). The team has more than 20 years of experience in the water industry in El Salvador.

JG Alkaline is presented as a daily standard ("dS*", daily Standard). 8.5 is the pH of the water. The back of every bottle carries this text, inspired by Greece:

## Barista Water
Barista Water is water without minerals, made for espresso machines, because minerals build up inside the machines and damage them. It comes in 19 liter jugs and is sold business to business to specialty coffee shops and restaurants. Pricing is agreed with each business.

John G Drinks is the brand of JG & Partners, S.A.S. de C.V., based in San Salvador, El Salvador. The name John G comes from the co-founders: each has a J in their first name and a G in their last name, and one of them is called John.
